The Fleet Magazine App opens up a largely unused channel of communication: from the manufacturer to the real user, the company car driver. The app combines lifestyle and mobility topics with the automobile scope of the Volkswagen Group. Articles on technical and legal issues regarding company cars also provide company car users with practical information for their working day. The app works as a classic customer-retention instrument by conveying appeal, confidence and expertise. Furthermore it was the strategic intention to create an additional sales tool that increases product demand from user choosers to their fleet managers.
