The safety function on the cane has been a serious problem that researcher try to solve. The objective of this research is to investigate and explore two major criteria: which are the technology and the safety.There are several exist technologies used in this research such as voice output, bluetooth , GPS, sensor, hand vibration,Camera traffic light detecting, and Traffic Speed Gun. During this research, I had serval interviews and surveys with the user for understanding their demands and desires. Those data helps me capable to provide efficient, low cost and smart assistive device for the visually impaired and blind.
