“E.ON Energy from Waste”, the former 100% subsidiary of E.ON, has been an independent brand since July 2013 and has clearly distanced itself from the appearance of the E.ON brand. The figurative mark in the “EEW Energy from Waste” logo is instinctively reminiscent of a flame and represents the core business of the new brand: generating energy from waste combustion. The interplay of the logo with the warm primary-color spectrum, the striking “EEW” font and the dynamic “energy flow” design element gives the brand a powerful, distinctive and energetic appearance.
