Due to wetness of fingers, while right after washing hands and then tearing off the paper tissue from a tissue dispenser, the fingers often break the paper unexpectedly. This design reinforces the paper by folding a portion of the paper to form a double or multiple layer in order to strengthen that portion and then avoid the above-mentioned unexpected break-off.
This design uses a simple fold-over mechanism to fold the flat tissue into a double-sided paper and be fed out of a perpendicular slot. It has two-time strength in the paper, so it can withstand the wetness of the fingers and may solve the problem in greater certainty.
