Ongui / Nail Clipper

Ongui
Ongui

Ongui derives its name from Unguise, Latin for nail.

Ongui is a reaction to the changing social scenario in India today. Increasingly, elderly individuals and couples now live by themselves due to the rise of the nuclear family in India. This raises, of course the usual safety concerns but also points to a smaller, often ignored aspect, that of everyday living-convenience.

Small tasks such as closing a zipper or cutting nails can become a real ordeal for elderly people, more so for those suffering from arthritis.

Ongui aims to keep the simple task of cutting one’s nails, simple! Even for the elderly and those suffering from arthritis.
