I understand interior design -not only as the search for an esthetic- as well as making full use of the aviable space. So I decided to project an student flat.
Fundamental conditions are:
-Big study area: in north zone in order to prevent stray light, shadows and reflections.
-Social area: vital at this lifetime (dinners, parties, watching sports with friends...). wide area, outdoor terrace.
-Large storage area: clothing, books, notes, cds...
-Easy maintenance: tidy up interior preventing dust accumulation
-Thermal conditioning: South-North orientation, cross ventilation, south terrace...
