Jakarta Mangrove Waterfront City (JMWFC) is a master plan for a new city in the northern shores of Jakarta which attempts to re-educate its society on future green living especially through activities of eco-tourism and green schooling. The concept is targeted to be an alternative city solution located in Muara Angke within the shores, which has experienced many environmental problems caused by human activity, various ongoing construction, and industrial waste. Mangrove is incorporated as a main element of the new city which are the bases of sustainable construction and design. Mangrove becomes the main image branding for JMWFC
