One second delayed / Faucet

One second delayed

Unfortunately, a large amount of water has been wasted in the first second when the faucet was opened. This is because usually our hands are still on the switch and not able to catch the water flow at that moment. On the other hand, in order to close the faucet we always get our hands dirty again right after washing them.
We designed this faucet to resolve these problems with very low cost. Our idea is to make the faucet to open and close one second delayed. In the first second we could prepare our hands to catch the water flow. In the last second we could rinse our hands after touching the switch.
