People cannot think rationally in the face of a fire and cannot predict where the fire is the worst so they tend to evacuate to wrong places and be in a greater trouble. The fire alarm system shows the location of emergency exits and simple guidelines.

In a big building, there are number of emergency exits but people often do not know where they are and get in a bigger trouble by evacuating to a wrong place. The Fire Exit Guidance System sensors locates the closest and safest spots and leads people to there by showing directions to fire exits and evacuation procedures.
