The word “Chung” (means Clock) is pronounced same as the word “Chung” (means death) in Mandarin. It became a sense to avoid sending “Clock” as a gift in Chinese culture duet to its similar pronunciation. The design of this product is to break through the taboo of choosing clock as gift and is inspired from a Chinese idiom story. Also using the homophonic of the word but instead of the unlucky implication, we will turn it into a more interesting and positive implication.
