Henry / reading lamp

Henry
Henry

Henry is a reading lamp sewed of waste alcantara from furniture and automotive production. In Henry’s belly a 9V rechargeable battery powers the nozzle. It can be removed for recharging through a zipper. The LED nozzle can be turned on and off by pulling Henry’s tail. The soft filling with grape seeds allows for attaching it to the shoulder while reading a book so that the lightnozzle directly illuminates the pages. In contrast to other reading lamps or electric torches the reader has his hands free to flip through the book and does not have to constantly refix a reading lamp clipped directly to the book.
