First, when water excessively or rain heavily, the stagnant water can pass through the large holes of wall, the cavity and the three small holes, along the gap between the wall and soil, discharges from the bottom to the outside. It can prevent root rot caused by excessive moisture. Secondly, all the holes can accelerate the air flow in the soil in order to promote the aerobic respiration of root. Thirdly, the hollow structure of wall can reduce the temperature changes of soil caused by the external environment. Fourth, the flowerpot can be split into upper and lower parts, which facilitates the replacement of soil and transplanting.
