Have you ever got annoyed when the armrest is “occupied” in a railway? Traditional “linear” armrest is easily taken as a backrest so that passengers nearby have no idea where they can rest their arms.
This re-designed armrest has a new ring structure for resting your arms. Even if they are leaned by someone, the other side of the ring can still be held. The tall and low rings are used for children and adults separately. When they are not leaned by any passenger, they can be reached by passengers from all sides.
