blinds have a difficulty in climbing up and down a stair because a normal stairway hand rail is straight and they do not know the size and end of the stair. We designed 'Wave rail' to complement normal rails. Because blinds depend on the rail when they climb up and down, we put the braille on the rail so that they know the size and end of the stair. A curve on the rail tells the end of the stair. there is braille that tells the end of the stair so that blinds will know where it will end and start. This new rail is not only just makes blinds simply depend on the stair physically, but also depend psychologically.
