This is a device for saving city energy. Absorbing solar radiation during daylights and neon light radiation during the night; adding the urban heat island effect all day, generating power constantly and self-efficiently. Four equidistant metal fans in a semi-vacuum glass shield. One side painting black and the other white of the fan; for the black side absorbs the radiation heat leads higher temperature, cause the convection of air and twist the fans. Electroplate high radiation heat absorbing nanometer coating and high heat resistant paint to enhance the air convection, and the generator transmits mechanic power into electrical power.
