NSC is a device which will lead your night more calm and peaceful.There are some people who like listening to their engine rumbling while they are speeding. But this is not possible in daytime because there are already many cars out on the road. As a result they usually enjoy their noisy reckless driving in nighttime.We needed something to regulate this. This device detects noise level of the street nearby residental environment and take pictures of outraging vehicles which make noise beyond the Noise average at certain time we set. This device needs to be attached to top of a highly set bar just like speed cameras now working on the road.
