Handshaking is an activity where you request a handshake with your right hand and receive with your right hand. We attempted to apply this concept to our product where we search for an enhanced method (to differentiate between the left and right receiver) based on the act of handshaking rather than to just visually looking for the 'L' and 'R'. A design which its approach is to allow the user to identify whether it is the left or the right receiver when the use first comes in touch with the product and also to have the user get information about the product before visual information.
