In a blind man's daily life, there exists a problem and danger that is they have no way of knowing if the water will spill over when pouring a glass of water and when they should stop. Such a simple gesture can create many dangerous accidents, like burns or slips.
Using the leverage principle, when the water is almost full, the gravity will shift and the center will tip backwards to knock on the glass. This will inform them that the water is almost full and the simple ring shape represents ring and ring.
