Everybody knows that covering the head while sleeping is bad for your health, deteriorate the sleep and may cause symptoms like headache etc. Yet once formed, such a bad habit is difficult to change.
To help people sleep better, Dream Light can be easily stuck onto the inner side of a comforter. When the sleeper continues to sleep with his or her head in the comforter for a short period of time. Dream Light senses the density change of carbon dioxide in the comforter and became luminous. Subconsciously, the sleeper will try to get rid of the light by taking his or her head out and start to take fresh breaths again.
