Kálha / Kálha

Kálha
Kálha

In 2011, 270 people frozen to death in Hungary. As for me this is a serious problem which effects not only Hungary but every countries where people live under living wage and during winter or every day of the year the temperature is below 0°C. The Kálha is made of fireclay material. The primary function of Kálha is to help the survival by sitting on it and so keep a constant warm feeling and warm up the user’s body. After the user warmed up, the upper part of Kálha can be removed and used as a „hot water bottle” under the blanket, kept close to the body. In this way, it prevents the hypothermia. The Kálha is also can be used as a stove.
