Turn 180°

When the luggage carrier is used, the front wheels of A and A1 are
very important, with high use frequency, thus, they are more liable
to be damaged than the rear wheels of B and B1. Once A or B is
damaged, the luggage carrier shall not be pulled on the ground any
longer, causing a lot of troubles to the journey.
In the design, the 4 universal wheels are divided into 2 groups, A,
A1 and B, B1 are connected by the revolving shaft respectively,
which can revolve as much as 180°. When the front wheel A or A1
is damaged, the rear wheel B or B1 can be turned to the front to
