CHEN NIANG 21 / Product Design

CHEN NIANG 21
CHEN NIANG 21

CHEN NIANG 21 is a series of top-quality Taiwan vinegar aged for 21 days and is brewed with local ingredients of three scenery sites in Taiwan: Mt. Ali’s cherry blossoms, Sun-Moon Lake’s black tea, and Mt.Jude’s Oolong.
The triangular bottle, made of fine china, symbolizes the characteristics of Taiwan mountains: one stretches into another. The graphic design of the bottle emphasizes elements of Chinese calligraphy (cursive style, line drawing, ink spreading) to exhibit oriental aesthetics.
The bottle is eco-friendly. Using a wooden lid and adding into the bottle with some scent oil and bamboo sticks, it can be re-used as a fragrance diffuser
