It is a responsibility for the society today to care about the disabled. In many countries, chopsticks are an important tool during meals. However, on using the chopsticks, we need cooperation of thumbs, forefingers and central fingers, so a person with disabled finger or fingers (e.g. without thumb) can not use chopsticks. With the theme of care for the disabled, this proposal has improved the existing chopsticks, shortening the chopsticks and changing the upper parts of the sticks into finger shields, which provides much convenience to the disabled.
