Bridge / Bridge (chess & Chinese chess)

Bridge
Bridge

Chinese chess and western chess have many in common, they have similar chessboard and the same amount of pieces. The major distinguish is that the chinese chess has an area called "the River between Chu & Han" (the border of two opposing powers). Bridge, with this area designed to be suppressible and pieces designed to be double-faced, makes it possible to play two chess at the same time.
As the interaction between Chinese and western people is more and more frequent, it’d be intersting to see what chemical reactions there would be between the twp opposing sides of this Bridge.
