Fire Suffocator / fire blanket

House fires are mainly caused on the stove. Mostly elderly people forget to turn it off or leave their cooking unattended. They try to extinguish it with water and risk injuries. The "Fire Suffocator" is a fire blanket designed for the stove. Its light and fire resistant Nomex fabric improves the handling. An electric impulse stops the fuse to the stove and cuts the energy from the fire when the blanket is pulled out of the wall unit. Weights pull down the fabric automatically to cut off the oxygen and thermo chromatic ink indicates the temperature underneath the blanket pointing where to push to extinguish the fire.
