100 BPM / Simplified Chest Compressions

100 BPM
100 BPM

100 BPM helps to save lives by enabling rescuers to give compression-only CPR properly through providing intuitive sound and light feedback to guide the two key factors of the procedure: chest compression depth and frequency.

Sound is used not only to guide the rescuer to administer 100 BPM compressions, but to also manage the stress and emotional stages the rescuer experiences over time.

100 BPM uses light on the flexible fabric surrounding the rescuer's hands to create an intuitive depth scale showing compression depth, which illuminates in yellow (too shallow), green (correct depth) or red (too deep).
