Using an M.D.I requires a good coordination between eyes, mouth, and hands, and it might be a trouble for kids while using a single hand to press the device because children cannot grip the device properly due to lack of strength of grapes and the small size of palms, can be a trouble.Incorrect way to inhale drug will not only affect the treatment, it may also endanger one’s life.To solve the problem, it might be crucial to transform the M.D.I designed for single-hand operation into the one that can be used by both hands. As the young patients grow up, they can also use one hand to press the device.
