Although the principle of saving water is known to everyone, sometimes people lack the sense of it in real life. ‘The Tree in Water’ is just for strengthening this sense. Coated with temperature-sensed material, the exterior wall of the cup will show the following variation: the green leaves on the ‘tree’ grow slowly as the water is poured into the cup while they gradually fall as the water is drunk, until they totally disappear.
Through this interesting visual variation, people are vividly informed of the fact that plants are the most important resources, which need the nourishment of water the same as human. Therefore, we should save water.
