Friendly Elevator / Elevator

Friendly Elevator

Since population ageing is happening all over the world, most people who use elevator at home may be the elder ones who live slower lives. Besides, there are many people starting to worship the slow lifestyle. When users are willing to wait, elevators can be much more power efficient.
What would happen if we give the passengers the right to wait for others, say, pick up the neighbor upstairs in a rush?

Plus, the little help passengers give their neighbors can break the awkwardness and silence people usually face in elevators. It would make a great change if the existing elevator system be altered, to a more friendly and power efficient way.
