There’s one idiom in Chinese, “Study lonely beyond the window in cold for decades, for being known by the whole world in one exam”.Since long time ago, “the window” has been symbolized study hard in Chinese. Even now, the hardship of study for the exam is still here for students.
This is a pen case modeled by the window, in Chinese, called “flowers of the window”. There’re some traditional Chinese carving ways for the window, one is “Tau” and the other is “Ying”. Users put the pen through the “Tau” ( which is the hole on the surface ) and the pen would stand on the “Ying” ( which is the concavity on the base).
