This design is a wear control tool of rail track changes.
It is a new concept of measurement for the proper maintenance of the railway, which consist on taking a measure directly by laser (visible light) from a specific reference point in the space, until touch the rail. The measure would show in an amplifier (direct measure), facilitating the use and reducing measurement time. It also has other functions that allows to adjust the sensor in two axis.
Technological change: it proposes a new way of measuring the wear of rails, giving greater security of the data obtained and allowing to save them. It is an innovation compared to current tools.
