In generally speaking, escape from the high-rise building which on fire is very difficult. We have been impressed in 911 events, because the workers have no solution to escape from the building. This design can be used as a window of the building. When a fire occurs, the trapped people just pounced to “Survival window “and the same time to start the escape airbags. Due to the buoyancy of hydrogen capsule we will landed safely on the ground. When many of airbags reached on the ground, it can be able to form a huge rescue cushions, low-floor trapped people can jumped on it to escape.
