When people are driving across the speed hump, if the driver could slow down into a suitable slow pace (less than 20km/h), the gravity of the car itself will press the liquid inside speed hump. In this way, the liquid inside speed hump will be pushed to the right and left side, which makes the car easier to pass the speed hump.
However, if the driver doesn’t slow down and passes the speed hump with a fast pace (more than 20km/h), because of the inertia of the liquid inside, Deformable Speed Hump won’t change its pattern this time. As a result, the driver will be dumped by the slow hump.
