Most Asians are used to eating with wood or bamboo chopsticks instead of metal or plastics ones. However, the head of such chopsticks have the tendency of breeding bacteria since they are always steeped into the liquid. So the wood or bamboo chopsticks have to be replaced by new ones in a short period considering the users’ physical health .
