Ripeness Label

The loss of kiwifruit is quite large in fruit shop because of making selection by squeezing.
Ripeness Label can make picking ripe fruit easier, and reduce the damage by man.
The principle of the label is based on biology and chemistry. All kinds of fruit release ethylene during ripening. When reacting with ethylene, the label of chemical compounds show the ripeness of fruit by changing colour.
