SKORE / Taekwondo Chest Protector

SKORE

Using wireless transmission, pressure sensors, and shock absorbing material develops this electronic chest protector, SKORE, for Taekwondo competitions. Beyond offering protection, this concept design efficiently enhances a participant's technique, power and speed in Taekwondo.

With this electronic scoring system, participants wear electronic vests, SKORE, which transmit a point(s) onto a scoreboard when the sensors on the vest are hit by the opponent. Not only a protective gear, SKORE is a new judging assistant helping referees with accurate decision making.
