When people are swimming outdoor, often there are emergency situations such as cramp, chocking and dizziness. At these times, if you cannot send effective SOS signals in time, an immediate rescue will not be received leading to death.
“HELP” is a device to help a drowning person to send SOS signal in time to his or her peer. His or her peer who received the message could accurately locate the direction and the distance of the drowning person.
