When pouring liquids, the blind or the visually impaired usually put their fingers into the container to know if the liquid reaches the desired level. For very hot liquid, such as tea, however, this is not an option. This cup has been designed double layer with heat-conducting bars so that it is possible to feel the level of hot liquid in the cup by touching the bars. Thus not only keep the water clean, but also keep the safety of blind.
