Spoonprint bowl / bowl

Spoonprint bowl

After meal, most of times, there are left over soup in most people’s bowls. The reason for this is that soup bowls that Asians use is different from Western dishes; it is deep and has no side on which spoon can be held. Therefore, in order to completely finish the soup, they have to either pick up the bowl with hands or tip the bowl to the side. There is a slight slope to the bottom of the bowl so that the last drop of soup can be collected. The shape of footprint perfectly fits with the shape of spoon which helps finishing the soup. There also is enough space for spoon so that it is both convenient and good looking.
