Eastern rice is softer and more sticky than western rice. When having the eastern rice, it usually stick on rice spoon. Smoon is a rice spoon which can put sticky rice into the bowl more easily by its double-decked design.
When the upper and the bottom part combine together, it can push the rice into the bowl; when those two parts been separated, they can mix the just cooked rice or scrape the sticky rice off from it and we can enjoy the eastern rice in more convenient and smart way.
