Turbine im Rohr is a simple power system implementation and low cost that is bound to the water distribution network. With micro turbines connected in series the system can generate electricity for heating of water providing thermal comfort and asepsis, reducing the consumption of water and electricity and promoting the health of cities. Adding sanitation and electricity the houses of poor communities by promoting better quality of life. The system requires no maintenance and no skilled labor as with the installation of solar collectors. Can also be used as an energy source for the city and its street furniture.
