Origami Frog / Communication Design/ Multimed

Origami Frog

This magazine advert was inspired by the Japanese art of Origami. The goal was to create awareness about the impacts of deforestation on nature, and to provide a solution to deforestation that could be carried out by the public. People don’t sympathise with trees and plants, but they sympathise with animals. My design highlights the connection of paper wastage and the near extinction or endangerment of amphibians, especially the Green Tree Frog. I did not make this an A2 poster, but instead, an A4 magazine advert, to reach more people.
