Clamped Stool / Stool

Clamped Stool

The Clamped Stool is a three leg knock-down stool, assembled with a single clamp-based joint, integrated with one of the stool’s legs, that locks the whole construction together, giving it its strength. The concept of the Clamped Stool was born after I studied some DIY furniture and noticed that those pieces are not so simple to assemble, and the process of the assembly causes more frustration than satisfaction. Here, the whole construction is based on a single joint, thanks to which it is easy and intuitive to assemble, and fun and satisfying at the same time.
