Gravity. / Electric mountain bike


Gravity is an electrically assisted mountain/ downhill bike that uses the energy created from both its pedal and wheel rotations to generate power. The idea for this design came from gravity and the potential kinetic energy that could be harnessed to charge the battery.
The frame will be manufactured of molded carbon fiber, this is to compensate for the additional weight of the motor, generator and battery and also to give the frame a bit of flexibility to prevent it from snapping. The purpose of this design is allow mountain bikers to spend less time and energy struggling up hills, so that they can enjoy spending longer riding the tracks.
