“The real cookbook” is the first cookbook that really lives up to its name: it’s a book you can actually cook and eat. Every page is made of fresh pasta, and the book is packaged as classic lasagne. The brief was to develop a limited special edition for the Gerstenberg Publishing House, a publishing company that specializes in high-quality culinary and art books. With a little sauce between the pages and a sprinkle of cheese on top, “The one and only cookbook” becomes a lasagne that can be baked in the oven at 200 °C. The prose etched on the four inner pages of pasta ruminates on the subject of cooking.
