The dramatic temperature decrease resulted from the passing of frontal system of northeasterly winds tends to cause Asian aquaculture industries tremendous losses due to the fact that fish do not survive at low water temperatures.
As a heating device powered by electricity converted from wind power, the design is to be installed on the surface at fish farms for long-term use providing shelter to fish during cold seasons.
