To overcome the excess effort or inability to climb stairs using existing medical walkers, alterations to the structure or product layout were made in this design excercise. New design helps the user in adthe walker to the terrain hence easier ascending & descending stairs. Better stability, enhanced grip by structural changes & product components. Enhanced mobility and safety by matching the aid to the user's needs, abilities, limitations and environment.
