Free Knife Handle / Kitchen knife

Free Knife Handle
Free Knife Handle

“Free knife handle” is a kitchen knife which can operate it with two hands. According to the observation, when cutting the meat with bones and the fruits, there is a great deal of women who do not have enough strength to cut it by one hand. Therefore, they might press the knife with placing the other hand on the back of knife. However, the narrow space might cause another hurt on the hand. “Free knife handle” is a knife which places a movable “sliding piece” between the hilt and the back of knife. When facing the harder ingredients, move the “sliding piece” to the top of the knife. It could share the burden of the palm.
