Architect and interior designer Johnny Chiu gives a talk on 'Designing in Asia: the Thrill of the Fast and the Cheap'. Founder of J.C. Architecture, Chiu has studios in New York and Taipei. He is followed by industrial designer Gina Hsu’s talk entitled 'Design Ferments: Exploration, Journey of Hospital, factory, stationery store'. Founder of Dong Hai Hospital Design Studio, Hsu actively collaborates with local craftspeople and curates cultural events. Finally, Taiwan-based Hong Kong graphic designer, Andrew Wong discusses 'Ambiguous Storytelling with Design'. Wong's work has received numerous accolades including a nomination for Best Recording Package at the 57th Grammy Awards in 2015.
