The iF DESIGN TALENT AWARD is one of the most important design prizes for students from all over the world, with about 10,000 submissions each year. Together with our sponsors, iF provides the platform for talented young designers and their future-oriented concepts.

The registration for the second round is open now until 15 July 2020!

This time, the iF DESIGN TALENT AWARD grew in support and new features for young design talents! We happily welcomed new sponsors: GROHE and Compal Electronics, next to Samsung Electronics, Wonderland, Haier and Dongguan South China Design Innovation Institute.

What is also new: This year, apart from the jury, the sponsors will also judge a part of the student concepts in selected categories! The competition categories correspond to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. That’s the reason why we are looking for submissions that address the most pressing challenges facing our society.

Once winners have been chosen and the prize money awarded, all winning entries are published in the iF WORLD DESIGN GUIDE.

The best entries win a share of prize money of EUR 50,000 (total).

If you are interested in supporting the young design talents, become a sponsor.
